Are chemicals really included?
Yes — the $189/mo is flat and covers routine chemicals. The only separate charge is a filter clean at $95, when your filter actually needs one.
What if something breaks?
We handle cleaning + chemistry, and we’ll flag anything we spot in your weekly report. Repairs over $1,000 are referred to our licensed repair partner.
Do I need to be home?
No — we just need access to the pool area on your service day. You’ll know we came, because the photo + chemistry report lands in your texts before we’ve left the driveway.
Do you take care of hot tubs and cold plunges too?
Yes — it’s in the name. Add a hot tub / spa to your weekly visit for +$49/mo or a cold plunge for +$39/mo, handled by the same tech on the same visit. Plunge or spa care without a pool starts from $89/mo and is currently waitlist-only — tick what you have in the form below.
Is there a contract?
